📋 Description

• Provide independent assurance that risk management, governance, and compliance processes and policies operate effectively • Work alongside the Compliance Specialist to review internal operational processes • Support departments in adhering to licensing requirements and act as a point of contact for queries • Identify and document risks in business operating processes and escalate them to determine mitigating controls • Carry out and report on quality assurance for the operational compliance team • Assist Compliance Specialists and the Head of Compliance with administrative duties, reports, and auditing • Review compliance content in marketing promotions • Support betting integrity escalations involving regulatory authorities and sports governing bodies • Update compliance areas on company websites • Support implementation of new or amended compliance obligations • Assist with compliance-related IT projects and testing • Support procedural changes, communications, and training • Help develop, coordinate, and deliver compliance training • Develop in-house compliance training tools with completion tracking for audit purposes • Maintain policy documentation and ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed across the group
