• Sell, grow and support all Castrol PCO business in assigned geography • Maximize profitable growth of Castrol brands • Visit customers and prospects four days per week • Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce CRM • Prospect and build a robust Salesforce CRM pipeline • Leverage PowerBI to manage territory effectively • Demonstrate, teach and train DSRs on how to prospect and close business
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 50% travel is required • 80% of field work • Fully proficient working with digital sales platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft office • Ability to implement advanced Value Selling techniques • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills • Solid ability to identify sources of value and overcome objections
