📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams in the field of lubricants and metalworking fluids (MWF) • Address field-based technical service requirements • Develop and structure value propositions for new business opportunities • Provide technical support to sales teams and B2B customers • Optimize the use of tools and apply technical knowledge to meet customer needs • Help safeguard existing business against the risk of contract loss • Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure compliance with HSSE requirements • Conduct field trials for new or reformulated Castrol industrial products and services • Serve as the industrial applications subject-matter expert for internal and external stakeholders • Support sales teams in developing new markets • Resolve customer issues related to processes and product applications using structured methodologies • Design and deliver technical training to internal and external customers • Document and share best practices through case studies • Participate in or lead projects related to industrial strategy • Coach and train less experienced engineers and sales representatives • Analyze used-oil analysis reports and provide recommendations • Collaborate with global product managers to communicate local market needs and contribute to product development • Represent Castrol in working groups, technical committees, associations, or universities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification (mechanical engineering, chemistry, lubrication, industrial production, or a related field) • At least 3 years of technical experience in an industrial environment • Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and technical/commercial tools) • Expertise in metalworking fluids and high-performance lubricants, as well as their industrial applications • Strong understanding of lubrication technologies and principles • Strong value-selling and customer relationship skills • Knowledge of sustainability topics (energy efficiency, water recycling, carbon neutrality, etc.) is a plus • Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies • Conduct aligned with safety and ethical requirements, applicable regulations, BP values, and HSSE objectives (safety, courage, teamwork, respect, and excellence) • Product and service knowledge: Mastery • Problem-solving: Mastery • Project management: Skillful • Customer training: Skillful • Measuring and demonstrating customer value: Mastery
