📋 Description

• Refresh and update monthly key reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive slides. • Perform variance-to-forecast analysis across core business metrics to identify drivers and trends. • Maintain and enhance advanced financial or analytical models on a monthly basis. • Deliver a weekly business outlook summarizing latest trends and forecast shifts. • Support ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to business stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy. • Validate results, question outliers, and ensure findings are clearly communicated to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analysis, or a similar data-driven role. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, scenario modeling) and PowerPoint. • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities—able to explain data clearly and concisely. • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions. • Must be able to work effectively within Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
