Because People Matter. • About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of AI to lead our AI strategy and implementation. This role is responsible for designing and executing AI initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance client service delivery, and unlock new business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally across go-to-market, delivery, operations, and other teams to assess how Caravel operates and implement scalable AI solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes—both internally and for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI solutions in a business or consulting environment. • Strong knowledge of machine learning, generative AI (LLMs), NLP, and automation platforms. • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in tools such as OpenAI, Azure/AWS AI/ML services, Python, or low-code AI platforms. • Experience in ERP, consulting, or SaaS businesses (preferred). • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
