• Administer and support a large-scale Salesforce org (400+ users) across Sales and Service Cloud. • Perform all core Salesforce admin tasks: user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, page layouts, and reports/dashboards. • Design, build, and maintain Flows and automations following scalability and best practices. • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently. • Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes using Salesforce. • Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce usage, optimization, and governance. • Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployments. • Maintain data quality and integrity, including imports/updates using tools like Data Loader. • Contribute to defining and evolving the Salesforce roadmap.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Proven experience managing a busy production Salesforce org. • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation. • Solid understanding of data relationships, objects, and data models. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
