• Lead and evolve our agile processes: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement practices tailored to a startup pace. • Own the end-to-end product roadmap, backlog prioritization, release planning, and dependency management across all engineering disciplines. • Facilitate clear communication and alignment between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI and mobile requirements into actionable plans. • Track progress, risks, blockers, and metrics; provide transparent visibility through dashboards, reports, and regular updates. • Establish lightweight yet effective tools and workflows (Jira, Confluence, Slack automations, etc.) that scale with us from 0 to 1 and beyond. • Manage AI-specific delivery challenges: balancing experimentation cycles, model evaluation, on-device/cloud integration testing, and coordinated mobile releases. • Identify and remove impediments, drive decision-making, and help the team stay focused on what matters most to travelers. • Mentor and coach the growing team on agile best practices while continuously adapting our process to fit our unique travel + AI context.
• 6+ years of hands-on Agile Project Management experience in early-stage tech or consumer app environments (mobile, AI/ML, or travel-related experience is a strong plus). • Deep expertise facilitating Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile frameworks in fast-paced, cross-functional teams. • Proven success owning agile delivery from scratch (0-to-1) or scaling processes in startups, you know how to bring structure without slowing innovation. • Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools, ability to create clear roadmaps, backlogs, and reporting that actually get used. • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, especially AI/ML workflows, mobile app releases, and backend integration. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, you can translate between engineers, designers, and leadership with ease. • Natural product sense and genuine passion for building consumer experiences that feel magical. • Experience in travel, mobility, location-based services, or personalization-heavy products. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMP (or equivalent real-world mastery, we value results over certificates). • Familiarity with AI project delivery (experimentation tracking, model versioning, evaluation cycles). • Exposure to multi-platform delivery (iOS + Android + backend).
