📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve bugs and critical production incidents, acting with a sense of urgency. • Analyze root cause (RCA) of complex problems, proposing permanent solutions rather than temporary workarounds. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Kanban) for demand management. • Ensure the quality of code delivered in fixes (test coverage, best practices). • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation on incidents and applied solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field. • Proven experience in backend development with Laravel. • Experience in frontend development with Vue.js. • Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including query analysis and optimization. • Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence). • Practical experience with agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, XP). • Technical English for reading and communicating with international teams. • Differentials: Knowledge of quality practices (CI/CD, automated testing). • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry, New Relic). • Knowledge of software architecture and microservices. • Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS). • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containers (Docker). • Technical certifications (Laravel, AWS).
