• Own the unified design language for the BRAHMA AI platform. • Align designers across the different product teams. • Lead the design of our generative AI tooling. • Define end-to-end user journeys across the platform.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in product design, with at least 3 in a lead role aligning multiple designers or teams. • Wide platform thinking. • Hands-on experience designing for generative AI tooling. • Strong design system chops. • Leadership without being a people manager only.
