📋 Description
• Educate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel • Perform new system installations • Effective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issues • Outstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time management • Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations • Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers • Monitors and promotes customer usage of products • Conduct software updates • Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services
🎯 Requirements
• Preferably you have completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, have a technical degree or equivalent • Self-planning, organization and implementation of all service activities • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually • Positive mindset and hands-on mentality • Willing to travel extensively • Speak fluently English and Romanian • Necessary to possess a valid driving license
