📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted, successful relationships with customers and partners, and advise them on selecting the optimal solutions • Represent Brainlab to customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders • Maintain the customer network through regular on-site visits and active participation in workshops and conferences • Work closely with colleagues in Customer Consulting, Product Management, and regional teams • Handle sales preparation and sales support activities, particularly preparing quotations, communicating with customers, and coordinating processes • Contribute to the entire sales process, with a focus on consulting, needs analysis, and solution presentations • Take responsibility for tender management, including preparing and managing quotations, analyzing tenders, coordinating departments, managing deadlines, and communicating with customers • Ensure an excellent customer experience across all sales-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business, engineering, or information technology • Entrepreneurial mindset, independent and structured working style, and strong customer focus • Experience selling capital equipment • Leadership experience is an advantage • Interest in healthcare, medical technology, and innovation • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills • Native-level German and fluent French and English
