• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs of products • Execute SW and HW updates or upgrades • Perform product verifications and calibrations • Perform routine troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Read, analyze, interpret/arrange network diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams • Complete every installation or service assignment efficiently and in a timely manner • Keep customer up-to-date regarding their requests and minimize down time • Establish a professional and robust customer relationship • Instruct and educate customer and staff in proper use of products and services • Perform and document all mandatory administrative tasks accurately according the Brainlab policies in a timely manner • Actively live the team approach on a regional and European level • Keep up to date with assigned trainings, re-trainings and certifications • Keep abreast of developments regarding Brainlab and competitive products and services • Deliver high level customer service
• Preferably you have completed a Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology or a technical or IT-related degree or you are equivalent through experience. • Self-planning, organization and implementation of all service activities • Adapt in working as part of a team or individually • Willingness to travel within the Scandinavian region and abroad • Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish/Danish/Norwegian). Knowledge in Finnish will be considered a plus • Knowledge of IT-networks and server environments is also a big plus
