• Build and optimize AI workflows: You develop and maintain intelligent workflows using Claude, Claude Code, GPT APIs and other LLMs — from data analysis and document generation to buyer research. • Automations with n8n & Make: You create end-to-end automations that scale our M&A processes — CRM integrations, email sequences, data room workflows, reporting pipelines. • Custom development: When no-code solutions aren’t sufficient, you write custom code (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to build tailored solutions. • AI reporting & dashboards: You build automated reports and dashboards that provide the team with real-time insights into KPIs, deal pipelines and performance data. • System architecture: You take a holistic view of our tool landscape (Monday, Google Workspace, Close CRM, WhatsApp, Loom) and ensure everything works together seamlessly. • Innovation driver: You stay on top of AI developments and proactively introduce new tools, models and approaches to the team.
• Proven experience with AI tools, particularly Claude/Anthropic products (Claude Code, Cowork), ChatGPT, Perplexity or comparable LLMs • Confident use of automation platforms: n8n, Make (Integromat) or Zapier • Programming skills in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred) • Experience with API integrations and webhook-based automation • Understanding of CRM systems (ideally Close) and their automation capabilities • Ability to build complex dashboards and data visualizations (Google Sheets, Excel, BI tools) • Experience with project management tools (Monday, Notion, Asana or similar) • German: Native speaker • English: Fluent
