• Conduct an in-depth analysis of qualified leads received from SDRs, ensuring a thorough understanding of clients' needs and expectations. • Conduct engaging, customized sales presentations and perform strategic follow-ups through to contract closing. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. • Perform strategic lead analyses, using data to develop tailored approaches that maximize conversion rates. • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills by preparing and presenting partnership proposals that meet the needs of all parties. • Apply an analytical and holistic approach to problem-solving, identifying creative and effective solutions to challenges that may arise during the sales process. • Facilitate negotiations among different stakeholders, managing competing priorities and ensuring all interests are considered and aligned.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and building long-term commercial relationships. • Marketing knowledge: Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing strategies is a strong advantage, contributing to a more integrated sales approach. • Remote work: Appropriate home-office setup that supports productivity and effective communication. • Office suite: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, for producing reports and impactful presentations. • Sales tools: Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM tools is a plus, facilitating lead management and sales tracking.
