• Lead enterprise customers to measurable outcomes across SEO & AI search • Build clear strategies and tactical plans customers can execute fast • Serve as a trusted expert to both VPs and hands-on practitioners • Turn product insights into high-impact use cases and adoption • Create compelling narratives that increase buy-in and retention • Partner with Product + R&D to shape features and customer value
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of SEO experience, with hands-on execution in enterprise environments • Deep mastery of SEO strategy, technical SEO, content systems, and performance measurement • Native Spanish speaker - A must • Strong understanding of AI-driven search and how brands win in generative discovery • Trusted domain expert that holds the room, adapts quickly, and leads with confidence under pressure • Clear grasp of enterprise marketing value and what matters to senior decision-makers • Strong executive presence, crisp communication, and advisor-level credibility • Autodidact mindset: curious, sharp, and constantly experimenting at the frontier • High ownership, hunger to win, and excellent cross-functional collaboration • GEO / AEO experience
