📋 Description

• Serve as the primary focal point and guardian of all SAP business rules and configurations; • Gather business requirements from internal areas, translating requests into SAP and ERP environment solutions and configurations; • Act as the liaison between business areas and technical/development teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of solutions; • Ensure quality, standardization and governance of functional documentation, minimizing errors and rework; • Document processes, configurations and system changes, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base; • Develop complex test scenarios and oversee end-to-end user acceptance testing with key users (UAT); • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization in integrated financial processes and cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields; • Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and experience with S/4HANA (including SAP Fiori navigation); • Solid experience writing detailed technical and functional specifications (BRD - Business Requirement Document and FS - Functional Specification); • Deep end-to-end understanding of financial cycles (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Treasury, Cash Flow, General Ledger and Fixed Assets); • Technical understanding of how the financial ecosystem integrates natively with procurement (MM) and sales (SD) modules. • Preferred / Nice-to-have: • Official SAP certification (FI or CO modules); • Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax/fiscal legislation (taxes, NF-e, SPED, EFD-Reinf) and audit/internal control standards (SOX); • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for strategic reporting; • Practical experience using AI tools and corporate Office applications; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps; • Advanced English proficiency.
