📋 Description
• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization • Map, analyze and redesign future (To-Be) processes, incorporating AI, automations and intelligent technologies to achieve efficiency gains. • Ensure that AI solutions are implemented in an integrated, seamless and scalable way within existing workflows. • Conduct cost-benefit (ROI) and operational impact analyses before and after automation initiatives. • Define and monitor performance metrics for automated processes, such as cycle time reduction, mitigation of human errors and productivity increases. • Strategic Opportunity Identification • Use continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking or similar) to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation or enhancement. • Proactively identify high-value opportunities for AI application (such as Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, among others). • Link operational efficiency opportunities to the company’s strategic objectives, contributing to the evolution of working models. • Integration and Implementation • Work closely with technology, product and business teams to enable the implementation of proposed solutions. • Document processes, requirements and flows in a clear and structured manner. • Support testing, validation and continuous improvements after deployment of automations.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in process mapping, analysis and redesign. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Design Thinking). • Experience in automation projects, digital transformation or initiatives involving AI. • Analytical capability to conduct ROI studies, measure operational gains and assess efficiency impacts. • Clear, structured communication skills oriented toward multidisciplinary teams. • Organized, with a systemic view and a strong delivery mindset. • Preferred qualifications • Experience with BPM and automation tools. • Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Computer Vision, Machine Learning or language models. • Certifications in processes, continuous improvement or agile methodologies.
