📋 Description

• Develop and refine character personalities, voices, and speaking styles • Write natural, engaging Japanese dialogue reflecting different personalities, emotions, and conversational situations • Refine conversational rhythm, tone, humor, and emotional expression • Define how characters respond, express themselves, and build connections with users • Create dialogue guidelines for consistent character personalities and communication styles • Collaborate with international creative and product teams • Review and refine existing character conversations to make them more natural, authentic, and emotionally engaging

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Japanese proficiency • Deep understanding of natural spoken language, conversational nuances, everyday communication, colloquial expressions, conversational rhythm, humor, tone, and emotional expression • Strong creative writing skills in character development and dialogue • Ability to communicate in English with an international team in writing and meetings • Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating character development and natural dialogue • Interest in AI, interactive conversations, and character-driven experiences • Current location information required in the application • Professional or personal character development/dialogue writing experience addressed in the application • Russian language skills are welcome, but not required
