📋 Description
• Own end-to-end IT operations for a remote-first organization • Administer and maintain core business systems • Manage identity and access across all systems • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity posture • Establish IT policies and standard operating procedures • Manage vendor relationships and software licensing • Support onboarding for new hires • Contribute to infrastructure projects
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT systems administration • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration • Experience supporting ERP or CRM platforms • Solid understanding of network fundamentals • Hands-on experience with endpoint security and best practices • Excellent documentation habits • Strong communication skills • Self-directed and organized • Experience working remotely in multi-team environments
