📋 Description
• Own end-to-end product design: discovery, IA, flows, high-fidelity UI, and design systems • Run lean, rigorous research: problem framing, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, concept tests, usability studies, diary tests, and surveys • Synthesize insights: craft JTBD, opportunity trees, UX metrics, personas, and testable hypotheses; turn findings into clear decisions and roadmaps • Competitive & market analysis: use AI agents to scan markets, benchmark flows, and identify white space; create concise briefs for the team • Prototype & ship with AI: generate/refactor front-end code from your designs; validate with instrumented experiments • Design system stewardship: maintain tokens/components and keep them in sync with code repos • Instrument & measure: set up analytics, events, and A/Bs; translate results into next iterations • Champion accessibility and performance from day one
🎯 Requirements
• 4–8+ years shipping user-facing products end-to-end • Strong in mixed-methods research (qual + quant) • Can read/modify HTML/CSS/JS (TypeScript/React a plus) • Fluent in Figma (auto-layout, variables, variants) • Use AI tools well: Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, Replit • Communicate crisply, document decisions, and thrive in an async, remote environment • Understand WCAG, responsive design, and performance budgets
