📋 Description
• Collaborate on content concepts, social campaigns, and storytelling ideas. • Capture and edit short-form video content. • Support in planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels. • Write captions, choose hashtags, and help express our brand personality. • Engage with followers, athletes, and partner accounts in-feed and DMs. • Help maintain a content calendar and help establish posting rhythm. • Learn how a marketing team functions inside a startup from brand to performance. • Bring ideas and creative problem-solving to stretch budget.
🎯 Requirements
• Passion and proof of creativity. No full-time job experience specifically required. • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social trends. • Familiarity with CapCut, Edits, or other short-form video editing tools. • Thematic social posting experience (personal or brand) a plus. • A self-starter who’s comfortable taking initiative and learning quickly. • Excellent communicator with attention to detail and creative instincts. • Bonus: experience with Notion and/or Figma.
