📋 Description

• Build and run a local ambassador network in priority cities, starting with Mexico City, Bogotá, Miami, Quito, and Lima • Identify credible local operators and founders to serve as ambassadors • Own events end to end, including guest lists, invitations, venues, run of show, follow-up, and ambassador care • Convert successful events into repeatable city playbooks, including dinners, wine tastings, happy hours, and executive roundtables • Collaborate with Sales on target-account outreach and executive relationship building • Maintain community engagement between events through introductions, touchpoints, and programming • Manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and coordination with content creators • Track attendance, attendee seniority, introductions, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced by city • Adjust community activities based on pipeline results

🎯 Requirements

• Experience starting a community, chapter, dinner series, or meetup from nothing and sustaining it beyond the first month • Strong event operations experience, including vendors, venues, timelines, and budgets • Ability to manage social calendars across multiple cities and channels • Comfortable working with senior executives, ambassadors, and partners • Proactive and highly organized • Fluent in Spanish and English • Experience building community in more than one LATAM market (nice to have) • Background in event production, hospitality, or experiential marketing (nice to have)
