• Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to define and deliver Breef's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Drive the execution of the product roadmap, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, while maintaining a high standard of quality and user experience. • Ensure features and updates are fully thought through by diving deep into UX details and turning initial concepts into polished, user-friendly solutions. • Partner with internal teams, including product designers, to translate company objectives and user insights into actionable requirements and structured design/development sprints. • Leverage data and user insights to generate new ideas, refine existing features, and ensure Breef remains a leader in high-value outsourced work. • Streamline product documentation, workflows, and feedback loops across product, design, and engineering teams to maximize efficiency. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, and track ongoing performance to measure success and inform future improvements. • Develop a deep understanding of the Breef user and competitive landscape, identifying areas of value and opportunities to further win the market. • Refine processes for gathering, prioritizing, and communicating user feedback internally and externally, ensuring timely delivery of features and effective product launches. • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to align product efforts with broader business goals and represent the product team within the organization.
• At least 4-6+ years of product management experience for a B2B marketplace / SaaS business or a financial technology organization. • Proven experience in a marketing or technology-driven startup environment. • Ability to dive deep into the details and actively participate in hands-on design and development of the product. • Proven understanding of Agile values and principles, such as SCRUM, Kanban or SAFe. • Comprehensive experience with workflow management tools such as Jira and Asana. • Experience with Figma design and prototyping tools. • Clear understanding and ability to explain the business opportunity and technical decisions behind your product portfolio. • Understanding of, and experience with, modern and remote workplace tools (Jira, Google Suite, calendar booking tools, Slack, email workflow systems, etc.)
