• Open and develop the German market from the ground up. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. • Build and execute a market entry strategy tailored to Germany • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting. • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Act as the voice of the German market internally, sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue. • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars. • Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery. • Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities. • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Breezeway in the market.
• 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations, or related industry. • Native or fluent German (written and spoken) • Fluent English (company working language) • SaaS sales experience in the German market • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals. • General technical proficiency with software. • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus. • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus. • Proven experience closing deals and managing a full sales cycle • Strong outbound prospecting skills • Experience opening new markets or selling in a new territory is a strong plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
