📋 Description

• As a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Brezzels, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our Creator Platform. • You will build, own and significantly influence this area, using your impact to shape the direction of our marketing strategy and activities. • Your mission is to raise awareness of Brezzels and strengthen our brand in a dynamic environment. • You will be responsible for performance, events and content. In this role you will develop and optimize our marketing strategy, establish inbound lead generation and ensure the optimal channel mix in close coordination with Sales and our leadership team. • You will design targeted marketing campaigns and tactics to build a qualified pipeline and accelerate our growth trajectory. • You will regularly collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new ideas and manage our external partners through clear briefs and KPI-based performance reviews. • You will take ownership of our performance marketing channels and manage them efficiently with external support. • You will oversee and optimize our website to significantly increase traffic and conversion rates. • You will refine and expand our event strategy—your ideas will directly influence the design and success of our event formats. • You will expand our social media marketing in innovative ways to engage and excite our target audience.

🎯 Requirements

• Social media and digital trends: You have a deep understanding of the Creator Economy and current trends on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc. • Marketing expertise: You have several years of professional experience in marketing and strong knowledge of performance marketing, inbound and social media marketing, as well as current tools and trends. • Tech affinity: You are enthusiastic about new technologies and apply them purposefully to achieve better results. • Hands-on: You can independently and methodically implement your strategies and ideas, are a team player and show initiative. • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English.
