📋 Description

• Prospect Research & Fundraising: Research, identify, evaluate, and organize prospective donors. • Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with client goals and financial targets. • Prepare compelling pitch decks, donor briefings, solicitation strategies, and grant applications. • Manage outreach, follow-up, and engagement efforts to secure new funding. • Track and analyze donor engagement and fundraising performance, providing recommendations for improvement. • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors. • Oversee the writing and presentation of proposals to funding partners. • Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives including scheduling meetings and maintaining databases. • Work closely with fundraising consultants and project leads on client accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor research, nonprofit development, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and organize donor information. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and donor engagement. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in donor databases, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and research tools. • Experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance evaluation for fundraising initiatives.
