📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with ArcGIS Pro • Minimum 5 years developing geographic analysis Python tools using ArcGIS Notebook or Python toolboxes • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with ArcGIS Spatial Analyst and ArcGIS Online • Minimum 5 years of experience in geoprocessing geographic data, ensuring topological integrity, handling coordinate reference systems, and managing metadata • Minimum 5 years of experience producing thematic maps • Minimum 5 years of experience building SQL queries for data cleaning or selection • At least 2 years of experience in team leadership • Knowledge of GIS methodologies, tools, and technologies such as ArcGIS and QGIS • Knowledge and practical experience with GIS methodologies, tools, and platforms for spatial analysis and mapping • Knowledge of geospatial database management, including Oracle • Knowledge of geospatial data management operations, including modelling, transformation, enrichment, quality assurance, dissemination, and visualisation • Knowledge of spatial analysis methodologies, including computational geometry, network analysis, geo-statistics, photogrammetry, and remote sensing • Knowledge of geospatial database technologies and design practices, including UML class diagrams and spatial indexing • Knowledge of programming and scripting such as Python, R, and JavaScript • Knowledge of cartographic design principles and web mapping technologies • Knowledge of geospatial big data management and tools such as Geoevent Server • Knowledge of web cartography technologies and standards, including HTML, GeoJSON/TopoJSON, SLD, T-WMS, and OGC standards • Knowledge of earth observation data operations, including Copernicus, Sentinel, and Landsat • Knowledge of international GI standards such as ISO, OGC, and INSPIRE • Knowledge of metadata standards such as ISO 19115 and INSPIRE metadata • Knowledge of data interoperability practices and APIs • Mandatory FME Form Basic certificate or equivalent • Mandatory ArcGIS Pro Associate technical certification or equivalent • Mandatory certifications for Coordinate Systems, Spatial Data, Data Management, ArcGIS Online, Raster Data, and Python • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings • Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
