📋 Description

• Design, operate, and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms at scale • Manage Kubernetes cluster lifecycles, ingress controllers, service meshes, and cert-manager • Write and maintain Helm charts or Kustomize configurations • Automate and manage platform configuration with Terraform and Helm • Design and operate CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, ideally with ArgoCD • Develop automation workflows and platform tooling using Go, Python, or Bash • Design and implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry • Define SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems • Integrate security standards and compliance requirements into platform architectures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to infrastructure roadmaps • Mentor colleagues and contribute to technical growth • Work in multinational teams and communicate technical information clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure-related roles • At least 1+ year of hands-on daily production experience with Kubernetes • Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, ingress controllers, service meshes, and cert-manager • Experience writing and maintaining Helm charts or Kustomize configurations • Hands-on experience with OKD or OpenShift • Strong experience with Terraform and Helm • Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, ideally with ArgoCD • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash • Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry • Experience designing and implementing SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems • Familiarity with security standards, platform security best practices, and compliance requirements • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues • Strong communication and presentation skills • Comfortable working in multinational teams • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English • Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS are a plus • Experience with Ansible is a plus • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus • Multi-cluster Kubernetes experience is a plus • Familiarity with SCCs, CVO, MCO, OLM, OKD Routes, OVN-Kubernetes networking, network policy design, Longhorn or comparable storage, Kubernetes Operators, Operator SDK or Kubebuilder is a plus • Experience writing ADRs, runbooks, and platform design documentation is a plus
