📋 Description
• Execute international & offshore bid process including cost estimation, project planning, and pricing • Develop project execution plans and execute projects for offshore and international onshore deployments • Support country entry strategies, including logistics and in-country set-up • Work with international subcontractors for compliance with local requirements • Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships • Deliver and effectively communicate reports, data insights to stakeholders • Coordinate with team members to optimize pre and post-sales efforts • Assist in developing strategies to generate new business leads • Design and implement operational process improvements • Monitor customers’ businesses by following industry news and networking • Represent Bridger at trade shows
🎯 Requirements
• Oil and Gas offshore field experience • International field experience • 4+ years demonstrated account management or customer-facing project management experience • Independent international project planning and execution experience • Success in developing long-term customer relationships • Willingness to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work cohesively with a team of scientists, engineers, executives, and support staff
