• About Brightfield • Revolutionizing workforce management with AI-powered platform, TDX. • Looking for a Senior Engineer for full-stack development. • Build and evolve tech behind Brightfield’s TDX. • Deliver scalable features using Java, Go, Python, and React. • Collaborate in a fast-moving team focused on customer experience. • Write clean, testable code through reviews and automated testing. • Manage relational databases and contribute to microservices architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications in Java. • At least a year working with React and Redux in production environments. • Comfortable working with RESTful APIs. • 2-3 years of experience with relational databases and effective SQL queries. • Familiar with performance tuning and experience in Mac and Linux environments. • Write reliable, maintainable code and value unit testing and code reviews. • Work well independently and collaborate to achieve goals. • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field. • Bonus: Experience with Jersey, Go, or Python.
