📋 Description

• Collect and validate carrier and provider data, account numbers, and portal access before client account go-live • Track invoice conversion, credential logging, and mail redirection • Configure allocation, audit, and reconciliation rules, financial periods, and accruals • Work with the Invoice Team on invoice uploads, audit and reconciliation, and data validation • Analyze and help present optimization results • Support fulfillment and catalog configuration • Draft letters of authorization and coordinate signatures between parties • Participate in implementation and service deployment discussions across ServiceDesk, logistics, and third-party services • Participate in customer UAT and go-live readiness sign-off • Document team processes • Partner with the Client Onboarding Manager on data and systems work using spreadsheets, portals, and ServiceNow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • Strong spoken and written English • ServiceNow experience a plus • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on deadline-driven work • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams • A problem-solving mindset when data doesn't map cleanly • Must be a Ukraine Private Entrepreneur • Working hours Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–20:00 Kyiv Time • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Candidates are subject to a background check • Must adhere to brightfin’s Information Security and Privacy policies and procedures
