📋 Description
• own the end-to-end delivery of AI features • design, build, and refine features throughout the entire stack • focus on output quality of AI features for fast user accuracy • work on automatic interview coaching, AI skills matrix, and more
🎯 Requirements
• real world experience building generative AI applications end to end • experience building prompt chains, eval harnesses, vector search • proficiency in Python and Javascript/Typescript • experience working with structured (SQL) and unstructured data (raw text) • ability to think deeply about how AI features work for end users • strong product instincts and ability to work well with design
