📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities • Lead technical discovery with thoughtful whiteboarding sessions • Build sophisticated POCs demonstrating the value of Bright Data’s suite • Lead technical implementations and ensure seamless integration into customer systems • Lead regular technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities and uncover new use cases • Transition customers from basic usage to advanced architectural adoption • Act as a feedback loop for Product and Engineering teams • Translate field requirements into product features • Coordinate feature delivery to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements • Lead workshops • Document use cases and "gold standard" solutions for internal and broader-community sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Senior technical client-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant) within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data space • Proficiency in Python or Node.js • Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, HTTP protocols, and networking) • Hands-on experience with modern headless browsing frameworks like Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders while remaining comfortable "in the weeds" with developers • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment; proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
