• A minimum of three years of related experience as a bookkeeper or staff accountant. • Experience using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero. • Canadian payroll certification (PCP) preferred, but not required. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including fluency in English. • Highly organized and comfortable interacting with clients independently. • Positive attitude and high level of professionalism when working with clients. • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. • Extremely detail oriented with a proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize workflow. • Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
