📋 Description
• Define and implement the company’s operational governance framework • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and control mechanisms to ensure operational compliance • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and allocate resources effectively • Build and lead a high-performing PMO responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-wide projects • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and project success • Act as a central point of contact for executive leadership on program and governance matters
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, or related field preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of program or project leadership experience • 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry supporting business operations • Proven experience leading operational governance and strategic program offices • Expertise in communication, change management, and staff development • Strong project and program management abilities, including building methodologies and tools • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and drive strategic outcomes
