📋 Description

• Identify prospective franchise purchasers • Help drive our sales and grow the business within the Franchise Sales department • Initiate and execute outbound prospecting and communication strategies • Proactively makes outbound calls or sends emails to prospects • Cultivate positive relationships with current franchisees • Manage ongoing workload effectively and efficiently • Document activities and follow up in appropriate systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field • 5+ years of relevant industry experience • Expert in consultative selling and a proven track record of closing complex deals • Superior understanding of the Brightway model • Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy; exceptional attention to detail • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Comfortable with Salesforce and other CRMs • Excellent verbal and written communicator • Ability to cold call and B2B sales • Understanding of Brightway systems.
