• Receive and follow up with leads provided by the agency; present quotes and close sales • Assist new and existing customers with insurance product information (auto, home, personal lines, etc.) • Process policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and carrier systems • Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities with existing clients • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital communications • Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance producer license • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset • Experience in insurance sales or quoting preferred (producers with minimal experience but correct license welcome) • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, phone, and scheduling discipline • Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese) preferred • Must be based in Florida
