📋 Description

• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and configuration for go-to-market teams • Create automation, fields, record types, validation rules, permissions, and reports • Scope, test, document, and safely release business-requested changes from sandbox to production • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations including Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom, and Gong • Diagnose production issues to their root cause and implement lasting fixes • Improve data quality, retire unused automation and fields, and document platform changes • Use AI to build, test, and document faster • Help the SysOps team identify additional AI use cases • Collaborate with admins, developers, and the Solution Architect on the SysOps team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years administering Salesforce • Deep hands-on experience building and maintaining production Flows • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access, including permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing • Experience releasing changes through sandboxes with testing and documentation • Daily AI use in work, such as Claude or ChatGPT, with concrete examples of value delivered • Experience improving data quality, speed, or processes in a go-to-market system • Experience with integrations such as Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom, Gong, or comparable tools • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Advanced Administrator certification preferred • Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences, SOQL, and Salesforce CLI is nice to have • Familiarity with Apex is nice to have
