📋 Description

• Accurately place orders using Brightwheel’s online ordering platforms • Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g. login errors, password resets) via email in a timely, friendly, and professional manner • Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions with full compliance • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is inputted with speed and precision • Maintain clear records of orders and transactions • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth order processing • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English fluency (verbal and written) • High attention to detail and high standards for accuracy • Proven ability to follow step-by-step instructions without deviation • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools • Strong time management and organizational skills • Learns quickly, is energized by coaching and able to effectively implement feedback • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment for a US-based company as a contractor • Ability to work overlapping with U.S. time zones (ET or PT)
