📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and mid‑tier services using Golang as the primary language. • Build scalable, secure, and high‑throughput RESTful and event‑driven APIs for enterprise platforms. • Contribute to backend services written in Java and Python, supporting interoperability across systems. • Develop microservices and middleware components that enable seamless integration across internal and external systems. • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and observability. • Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture, scalability, and resilience decisions. • Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations with a strong ownership mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in enterprise or product‑driven environments. • Strong hands‑on expertise in Golang, with real‑world experience building production‑grade services. • Solid experience with Java and/or Python for backend or mid‑tier development. • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design. • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). • Hands‑on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. • Strong problem‑solving skills, communication, and ability to work across teams and geographies.
