📋 Description
• Responsible for end-to-end implementations • Advise on industry best practices tailored to customer needs • Master the SuiteSuccess methodology • Document best practices, prepare training materials, and train users • Ability to learn from previous projects and continuously improve • Oversee and validate data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategy • Participate in business process discovery, interacting with users, understanding their needs, identifying gaps versus current systems, proposing solutions, and developing both high-level and detailed process flows
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) • Experience with NetSuite • Strong communication skills • Customer experience–focused mindset • Leadership skills • Virtual presentation skills • Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology • Experience as an IT/business consultant • Multicultural experience working with external logistics partners (3PL)
