📋 Description
• Own program delivery with single accountability for implementation outcomes across Operations, IT, Finance, and Market Units • Drive definition and deployment of a global operational template • Lead re-implementation and optimization of various platforms • Establish and run global governance and steering forums • Lead global change, training, and adoption strategy • Own senior-level engagement with system integrators and technology partners
🎯 Requirements
• University Degree in Engineering, IT or adjacent areas • 10+ years of system implementation leadership • 10+ years of multi-country team leadership experience • Desirable international working experience • Logistics experience is an advantage • Process improvement and system implementation are a must-have • Enterprise transformation leader, not a PMO role • Authority across Ops and IT delivery • Collaboration and influencing skills
