• Serve as a trusted advisor to the President LATAM on HR matters • Lead the regional HR function, partnering with global COEs and local HRBPs • Contribute to the global HR agenda and represent LATAM within the Global HR Leadership Team • Support business transformation by aligning HR capabilities • Drive regional organizational design and change initiatives • Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance with labor regulations • Develop and lead talent strategies to grow and retain talent • Oversee leadership development and succession planning
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, multinational organization • Demonstrated success in transforming HR functions • Strong experience with organization design and HR systems • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required • Advanced degree or MBA preferred
