📋 Description

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for Brinqa’s Cyber Risk Management platform, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, and in-product help. • Translate cybersecurity and risk management concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enables customers to understand and maximize Brinqa’s solutions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer success, and support teams to gather requirements and ensure accuracy of all documentation. • Structure and organize content to improve discoverability, usability, and consistency across Brinqa’s documentation library. • Continuously update and refine documentation in line with product releases, ensuring alignment with Brinqa’s security standards and style guidelines. • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to identify gaps and improve content clarity and effectiveness. • Champion processes that support team-led work planning, value delivery, and predictable execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software or SaaS products, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. • Proven ability to write for technical audiences, translating cybersecurity and enterprise risk concepts into clear, actionable guidance. • Expertise with modern documentation workflows and tools (e.g., Docusaurus, Markdown, Git/GitHub, Confluence, static site generators, or equivalent). • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments, balancing competing priorities with strong organizational skills. • Solid understanding IT infrastructure. • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to set and maintain high standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, business administration, technical writing, or equivalent.
