📋 Description

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite • Support the ongoing health, stability, and performance of finance systems, including issue diagnosis and resolution • Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes to support structured system improvements • Execute system enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT) • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs within Jira and Confluence • Contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, finance systems, or ERP support roles • Exposure to finance operations and enterprise systems environments preferred • Experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and reporting • Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical work • Proficiency in system testing, requirements documentation, and gap analysis • Data analysis and reporting capabilities • Understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
