• Lead and manage one or more products within the portfolio • Formulate and gain acceptance for new product strategies • Oversee the activities of other Product Managers and Business Analysts as required to deliver compelling solutions that solve critical business problems and delight users • Negotiate cross-functional product dependencies • Work across team boundaries to identify and prioritize new product opportunities • Support the development of budgets and business cases • Analyze potential partner relationships for the products within CFA Institute or outside partners/vendors • Collaborate with IT managers and others to align and prioritize key technology drivers • Define and enhance existing Products with a continuous improvement mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Automation, or related roles • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud strongly preferred • Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation best practices • Experience working with data-driven marketing strategies, segmentation, and personalization • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
