âą Analyze faults and produce diagnoses to determine corrective actions âą Install, maintain and service systems at customer sites, primarily in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) âą Assess the extent of damage and required repairs and prepare quotations for customers âą Instruct users in the operation of analytical instruments âą Participate in and perform testing and repairs at the Karlsruhe workshop (as needed)
âą Technical or scientific vocational training âą Technical expertise in electronics and mechanics âą Ideally several years of experience working with Bruker AXS X-ray equipment âą Confident handling of common PC operating systems and networks âą Good written and spoken English and German language skills âą Team player, resilient, reliable and systematic working style, high level of commitment, ability to work independently and flexible âą Customer-oriented with a sense of responsibility, willingness to travel, and holder of a valid Class B driving licence
âą Provide technical support to customers on-site as well as via remote tools âą Support service trainings and assist in creating training materials, checklists and work instructions âą Assist the customer hotline (first-line support) âą Document service cases in the service CRM, create tickets and maintain customer data
