🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience with a considerable part being in a strategic leadership role. • Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, including leading and developing other leaders. • Proven track record of successfully managing within a matrixed/enterprise business model. • Prior experience in managing an operational area and a firm understanding of business principles and financial management. • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, business management or a related field is required.
