📋 Description

• Step into a leadership role with the power to shape one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets • Overseeing the financial and operational performance of their designated area • Manage profit and loss, develops and implements annual business plans • Supports profitable project delivery, and drives risk management and growth initiatives • Lead the execution/implementation of strategy and operational performance • Drive connectivity between practice leaders, local group leaders, and CSMs • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and goals • Collaborate with local and national colleagues to ensure the most appropriate resources

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience • Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, including leading and developing other leaders • Proven track record of successfully managing within a matrixed/enterprise business model • Prior experience in managing an operational area and a firm understanding of business principles and financial management • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, business management or a related field is required.
