📋 Description

• Lead, scale, and elevate BrowserStack’s global event presence • Own the event lifecycle across in-person events, virtual summits, and webinars • Partner strategically with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen/ABM teams to turn experiences into predictable revenue engines • Plan, manage, and execute global physical event programs tailored for developer/QA audiences • Oversee end-to-end event operations across time zones, including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, AV/technical setup, swag distribution, and local vendor coordination • Lead end-to-end execution of virtual events and webinars, from ideation and content creation through speaker sourcing, event-day logistics, and post-event activities • Track and report event performance metrics, including revenue/opportunity attribution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated experience managing end-to-end in-person and virtual events, preferably within a fast paced B2B SaaS/developer-tech company • Ability to work independently in planning, managing and executing different format events as per timelines • Proven ability to switch between virtual webinars/summits and executing high-touch in-person field events across international markets • Proven content writing skills and ability to understand target audiences for relevant and impactful event messaging • Vendor negotiation skills and ability to work with multiple vendors and negotiate pricing • Stakeholder management with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Analytical mindset and ability to track event KPIs, customer experience, and revenue/opportunity attribution • Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance quality and pace of everyday work
