📋 Description

• Technical Vetting: Conducting pair programming challenges and technical assessments to ensure clean, efficient code. • Strategic Sourcing: Sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier software engineers and IT specialists. • Pre-Screening: Leading interviews to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment. • Collaboration: Working with hiring managers and tech leads to define role requirements and build talent pipelines. • Pipeline Management: Managing candidate communication and coordinating interviews for a seamless experience. • Reporting: Providing direct updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

🎯 Requirements
